Cloak/Dagger - Don’t Need A
Lost Art (Jade Tree)

Cloak/Dagger = punk jerks (probably).  This record’s full of skuzzy thrashing garage-punk stuff, only two tracks clocking in any longer than three minutes, with the whole LP wrapping up in about a half hour.  My favorite cuts are “Billions Millions,” a ril simple mash on four chords ‘til you start to bleed type of song, and “Don’t Need A,” the track above, another song with root-pounding basslines.  I could’ve used a bit more variation on this record, in general, but I’d call it a solid effort.
